A developer has created an animation tool to speed up content creation for UO Midlands French, enabling faster development of custom animations.
‘With this tool, I can easily import, export, and modify Ultima Online animations, then generate brand-new visual effects such as fire, ice, poison, lightning, explosions, magical auras, and much more.’
